Kouchoku 🔀

    Today, we are taking a look at Kouchoku (featured previously here), a mind-bending crossing loop genre that makes for very tedious solve on paper (bless puzz.link). It gets really fun once you grasp the logic behind, and while it is a niche in loop genres it makes you work on your scanning abilities. Here are the rules :

Draw lines between every node to form a loop.

- Lines go straight from node to node, and can be drawn at any angle.

- The loop can not branch off. Nodes must be visited exactly once.

- The loop may intersect itself if the two lines meet at a right angle (90°), and there is not a node at the intersection.

- All clues containing the same letter must be connected consecutively.

- Clues containing different letters may not be directly connected; the loop must travel through at least one unmarked node between them.

    Only one puzzle today, I may post more if possible, but I'm currently slowing down my posting schedule. Medium difficulty, easier ones will be made later.

Sudoku Mashup #1

    Today, we are featuring a few Sudoku variants ! I've been meaning to up my sudoku game lately, and if I get the time I will create more. This is more a way for me to explore genres than actual logic; I know a lot of Sudoku fans will crave tech puzzles and such, sorry to dissapoint but nothing here would be of interest for you. But exploring of variants is very interesting, and i'm happy to share puzzles on things I discover/enjoy.

   Today we have Thermo, No bulb Thermo (ends), and Adjacent Products.

Thermo (Thermometers) : Along a thermometer, from the round bulb to the square tip, digits must strictly increase.

No Bulb Thermo : Place one bulb on each grey line to form thermometers. Bulbs can only be placed on one end of each line. Solve like a regular Thermo Sudoku.

Adjacent Products : A number outside the grid indicate the product of two adjacent numbers in the row/column. Order of the clues do not matter. Two clues may involve the same digit twice.
